red ornaments outside Radio City

Hello and Happy New Year! Wishing you all the best for 2015!

If you follow me on Instagram you probably saw that I spent the last few days of 2014 in New York City (although I rang the New Year back in Boston)! It was not my first time in the city, but seeing it all lit up and decorated was a unique experience! Of course I have many photos and tips to share from my visit, but this post is about the decorations that I liked the most:

– the windows of Bergdorf Goodman in 5th avenue inspired by the arts (literature, architecture, dance, theater etc)

– the Empire State Building lit up as a Christmas tree

Tiffany’s building and its 20s inspired decorations

– the red ornament balls opposite Radio City Music Hall

-trees full of fairy lights everywhere

– the Helmsley Building lit up in blue, green and magenta
