brunch at Beautys, Montreal

Another week, another brunch! It (almost) started to become a habit, right?! This week’s brunch post comes all the way from my trip to Montreal and took place at Beautys in the Mont Royal area.
I have to admit that it was one of the best brunches I had! Beautys is an old school diner, like the one we see in the movies (like Grease)! It’s only natural, since Beautys has been in business since 1942!

Now, on to the menu, which features a large number of brunch goodies. They range from sandwiches to waffles, to omelets, to whatever your heart desires! In short, you’ll want to have one of each! I conquered that urge and went for the BBM, not to be confused with a BB cream! BBM stands for Beauty Breakfast Melt. It consists of eggs, cheddar cheese, tomato and bacon and it featured in the photo below. Yes, I know the bread is mostly visible in the photo . My friends had the Beauty Special, which is a bagel filled with cream cheese, salmon, tomato and onion! On the end of the post, there is a photo of the Beauty Special.

Now, if you happen to visit Montreal anytime soon, do add Beautys to your list. It is located on 93 Mont-Royal West Montreal (corner with Rue Saint Urbain), QC H2T 2S5.
