exploring Back Bay, Boston

So, the time has come for me to share with you my photos of the different Boston neighborhoods as I explore them one by one! Today’s stop: the Back Bay! This neighborhood is ideal for house stalking! Really! It has so many nice buildings, with beautiful doors and exquisite details. Even if I didn’t know already that it’s expensive to live here I would have guessed it from the look of the buildings! Boston Public Garden or Charles Esplanade are good starting points for a exploration walk. For me the end point is always The Prudential Center, for the practical reason that I take the T from there to get home.

I have still to explore Beacon street and all the perpendicular streets, but I really liked Commonwealth Avenue in Back Bay Boston, with its lovely buildings and mall at the center and of course Newbury street, which is always bustling with people that either shop or frequent one of its numerous restaurants and cafes. So far I tried cupcakes from Georgetown cupcake (typical me) and had a light lunch at Scoozi. The other day I spotted an Italian restaurant (also typical me) named Papa Razzi in Newbury street, which I’d like to visit one day! Shopping wise, I was delighted to find out that there’s an All Saints store here! It’s been a while since I last got something from All Saints for my wardrobe but I’ve  fixed that by visiting the store *ehm*!
