Statement Necklace

The Look

Statement necklaces is the one accessory that will always be in my wardrobe no matter what. Their shapes and styles may change…they won’t always be flashy and chunky…but they will make a statement none the less.

This particular bold necklace was bought from Accessorize this past fall. Let’s say that it was a gift to myself for my birthday! It can be worn with so many different tops. I like it particularly paired with a denim shirt, but this neon top from H&M  is the next best thing. And it’s more spring appropriate, no?

I finished off the look with my dark Diesel jeans and my peplum coat (although it’s not entirely visible) from Topshop.

The Venue

Now I couldn’t say that I chose an utterly original venue for this post. I might have been influenced by the latest Blue magazine by Aegean Airlines. Nevertheless I really like the staircase and the columns of National Library‘s building…
